What is really reduce lead? And what is this new lead safety certification? There are a lot of rumors out there about lead reduction and lead safety certification and it is sometimes difficult to sort out the facts. EPA training program manager, HUD program manager and principal instructor, as well as a project manager for housing rehab and protective measures for one of the largest cities of New England, lead I'm able, clarify some of the secrets and confusion behind these questions.
First means not lead reduction that the lead is really gone. Lead reduction means that lead either removed risks or were handled in a safe manner for at least 20 years.
